1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all interactions with SkillOria. By accessing our services, information products, or goods, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services

We provide skill development sessions for managers. If you cancel at least seven days before the first session, you are eligible for a full refund processed via the original payment method within fourteen days. Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least three days before the scheduled date. After the session begins, no refunds are available due to allocated resources and trainer schedules.

3. Information Products

Digital courses and downloadable materials are accessible immediately after purchase. You may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have accessed less than ten percent of the content. Approved refunds will be issued within ten days. These products are digital and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Goods

Physical materials are shipped to the address provided. You may send back unopened items within thirty days in their original condition. After we receive and inspect them, we will issue a refund within fourteen days. You may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund due to their bespoke nature.
